2017: HB 980 – Children Exempt From Public School Attendance – Participation in Public High School Clubs and Activities
This bill would require local school systems to allow a non-public school students to participate in specified clubs and activities beginning September 1, 2017. It would also create a list of eligibility standards those children would need to meet in order to participates in specified activities.
